A day spent in the forced air of a plane and air conditioning in airports will dry out your skin like two weeks in the desert. Moisturizer is an absolute must, to be applied before you leave home and every three hours or so afterwards. Augment your moisturizer with a small atomizer filled with Evian water, that you can use to lightly mist and refresh your skin during the flight. - Toothbrush and toothpaste
Nothing freshens a person up like a good, two-minute tooth-brushing. Buy a travel-sized tube of toothpaste and carry it inside a small zip lock bag in case it opens up during the flight. You can also try the new Brush-Ups from Crest. They easily stored in a purse or wallet.Carry your toothbrush in a plastic bag too, so that wet bristles don't get the other contents of your bag soggy. (They make special toothbrush-carriers, in case the zip lock toothbrush bag doesn't appeal to you).
- Chewing gum or breath mints
For moments when you can't get to the toothbrushing station, gum is the answer. It's also useful for alleviating pressure in the ears, and can be used to sweeten up the occupant of the seat next to yours. For contact wearers, extra saline, a case, and a pair of glasses are important. The dry air of the plane can wreck your contacts and give you bleary, bloodshot eyes. A friend who wear contacts says she usually takes her contacts out partway through the flight, and puts them in again ten minutes before landing. If you don't wear contacts, eyedrops can moisten your eyes and prevent them from burning. - Clean socks
A pair of clean socks in your bag means that no matter how hot and sweaty (or cold and clammy) your feet got getting to the plane, you can slip off your shoes, put on clean, dry socks and relax throughout the flight with dry, comfortable feet without adding anything funky to the general airplane ambiance. - Sweater or Light Jacket
At some point during your trip, you're going to get cold. I don't care if you're going to Brazil in July, either the airplane will be 58 degrees, or the airport will have the air conditioning going full blast when you arrive. If by some miracle you don't need to wear your sweater, you can roll it up and put it under your neck as a fluffy substitute for the flat airplane seat pillow.

This film will be divided into 2 parts so that the story will not end in 120 minutes of playback the alias at the end there was writing To Be Continued. Adobe Systems is the World leader in Graphic and Web Development software. Many of its products are household names such as Photoshop and Acrobat PDF reader. Most professional graphic designers using programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign on a daily basis. This article will focus on the differences between these three programs.
I think part of the confusion, is that certain tasks can be done in more than one of these programs. For example you can find vector-drawing tools available inside Photoshop and InDesign, even though Illustrator is the predominant vector drawing program. The key to getting the most out of these three programs is to understand what their key functions are and how they can be used together.

So simply put Photoshop is a tool used to edit photographic images. It also has the ability to do lots of other things but the core function of Photoshop is to edit Photographic images. Most professional graphic designers using programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign on a daily basis. This article will focus on the differences between these three programs.
I think part of the confusion, is that certain tasks can be done in more than one of these programs. For example you can find vector-drawing tools available inside Photoshop and InDesign, even though Illustrator is the predominant vector drawing program. The key to getting the most out of these three programs is to understand what their key functions are and how they can be used together.
Okay so lets look at each program separately. We'll start with Adobe Photoshop, which is probably the best known out of the three. Photoshop is a professional image editing software primarily used for editing bitmap images and image manipulation. Bitmap images are images, which are defined by their pixel structure. In other words digital bitmaps can be broken down into millions of tiny pixels and each pixel has its own attributes. Bitmap images are also referred to as raster images. The most common type of bitmap image is a photographic image. Whether shot on film and scanned into the computer or whether Digitally shot, the photos are made up of millions of tiny pixels. So simply put Photoshop is a tool used to edit photographic images. It also has the ability to do lots of other things but the core function of Photoshop is to edit Photographic images. If you go down to your local newsagent and pick up any magazine, Chances are very good that the images in that magazine would have been edited or altered using Photoshop. Sometimes the adjustments can be minor such as Sharpening or subtle lighting adjustments, and other times they could be major like applying a filter or special effect. Photoshop is used for retouching - Ever wonder why the models and movie stars never have any cellulite or a double chin - the answer is Photoshop. Images can be comprised of several images in the form of a collage. This effect can also be created in Photoshop.
Adobe Illustrator on the other hand is a vector-drawing program. Vector images are the other main type of digital image. Unlike bitmap images, vector images consist of dots which are joined together with lines, each line defined as a mathematical formula. Vectors are very good for creating images, which contain large sections of the same color. So for example a navigation button on your web site, your company logo, or any non-photographic image would be better off as a vector created. Illustrator is the World's premiere of vector drawing tool, so if you were tasked with creating any kind of 'flat' art, such as a corporate profile, including logos, sign work, letterheads etc, Chances are you would use Adobe Illustrator. Adobe InDesign is the newest out of the three programs and is a page layout or publishing program. InDesign is used for putting together stuff like corporate brochures, documents, magazines, newsletters or advertisements. InDesign's specialty is working with documents that contain a large amount of type or text. Often designers will use all three programs on the same project. For example we recently created some new course outlines so we used Illustrator to create our logo and a few other vector graphics, we used Photoshop to apply a special shadow effects to some bitmap images, and finally we imported all those elements from Illustrator and Photoshop into InDesign where we added the copies and defined the layout.

CERPEN : KARENA CINTA
Kehidupanku selama 10 tahun setelah menikah, tanpa kehadiran seorang anakpun membuat hidup terasa sangat hambar, hampa dan sepi. Selalu saja ada yang kurang, meskipun secara materi kami bisa dibilang cukup bahkan boleh di kategorikan agak berlebihan. Dengan posisi Mas Fajar suamiku, sebagai General Manager disebuah majalah terkemuka di negara ini, dan bisnis catering yang aku kelola, cukup memberi hawa yang segar dalam hal perekonomian keluargaku. Kehidupan kami cukup mapan untuk suatu keluarga seusia kami. Tapi, kesemuanya itu tidak sanggup menutupi kesepian di dalam hidupku, aku butuh sesuatu yang dapat menghiburku dikala aku sendirian, dikala aku lelah. Aku rindu seorang anak, seorang yang bisa aku limpahkan dengan berjuta-juta kasih sayangku, bermilyaran rasa cintaku, bahkan sampai tak terhingga bentuk perhatianku layaknya seorang ibu, aku ingin sekali ada seorang memanggilku Mama. Aku sangat iri jika temanku, sahabatku, saudaraku, perempuan-perempuan di sekelilingku, dengan bangganya berbagi kebahagiaan, ketika terucap dari bibir mereka apa saja tentang anak-anak mereka. Dan aku akan sangat marah sekali, jika ada siapapun bertanya bahkan hanya sekedar mengkomentari tentang anak yang belum juga lahir dari rahimku. Sangat menyakitkan hatiku, tidak pernahkah mereka berpikir bahwa sudah berbagai usaha kami lakukan untuk mewujudkan harapan itu, bukan keinginan kami kalau kenyataannya berkata lain, Tuhan memang belum menjawab permohonan kami, mungkin saja Dia akan berkehendak lain, dan kami harus bisa menerimanya dengan ikhlas dan lebih sabar lagi, karena aku yakin, Dia akan selalu memberikan yang terbaik untuk umatNya yang terus menerus memohon pada Nya. Suatu malam yang dingin karena hujan baru saja reda, saat aku meringkuk didalam pelukan suamiku, tiba-tiba saja deringan telepon di rumahku memecah kesunyian malam itu, aku berdiri dan berjalan menuju meja dipojok kamarku hendak mengangkat telepon, sambil terlebih dahulu melirik jam yang tergantung didinding, pukul tiga kurang lima menit dini hari, siapakah gerangan yang menelepon pada pagi buta begini. “Ambar, tolong saya...” suara diseberang sana terkesan panik terdengar ditelingaku. “Desi...? Ada apa? Kandunganmu...?” tiba-tiba saja aku merasa khawatir, Desi sahabatku sedang hamil tua dan menurut perhitungan dokter masih 2 minggu lagi dia akan melahirkan, tapi.... “Ambar, tolong saya, saya pendarahan, sepertinya dia sudah harus lahir, dokter sedang menangani saya, tolong Mbar, saya takut sendirian,” “Okey...okey...” “Mbar, sakit sekali..., tapi saya harus kuat, minimal saya harus berhasil mempertahankan dia sampai lahir, dan kemudian tugas saya selanjutnya, saya hanya bisa mohon kepadamu dan Mas Fajar. Tolong bantu saya selesaikan semuanya ya....” “Desi, kamu ngomong apa? Saya akan segera kesana sekarang...” kataku mencoba menenangkannya, meskipun aku demikian takut dan gugup. Gemetar seluruh tubuhku, dengan cepat kupersiapkan diriku untuk segera berangkat ke rumah sakit. Perasaan aneh yang menjalar di tubuhku membuat pikiranku terbang entah kemana, aku tidak sanggup untuk berpikir lebih banyak lagi, yang kutahu adalah secepatnya aku harus hadir menemani Desi sahabatku. Tanpa membuang waktu lebih lama lagi, akhirnya aku ditemani oleh Mas Fajar, suamiku tiba di rumah sakit, tempat Desi di rawat. Namun.... ternyata aku tetap saja terlambat, terlambat beberapa menit karena Tuhan telah terlebih dahulu mengambil Desi setelah berjuang menyelamatkan seorang bayi perempuan yang mungil dan cantik. Desi, sahabatku satu sekolah di SMP, selama hidupnya selalu prihatin dan tegar menghadapi setiap permasalahan, sejak usia kandungannya masih sangat muda, dia bercerai dari suaminya karena tanpa sepengetahuannya, Bobby suaminya menikah lagi dengan wanita lain dan pergi meninggalkannya, meskipun tahu bahwa saat itu istrinya sedang mengandung anaknya. Desi tidak mempunyai seorangpun keluarga, hanya satu adik perempuannya yang saat itu tinggal di luar negeri karena menikah dengan orang Jerman. Dia benar-benar berjuang sendiri mempertahankan hidup dengan hanya sebagai pemasok kue-kue basah disalah satu stand kue di Pasar Pagi Mangga Dua. Secara tidak sengaja Tuhan mempertemukan kami kembali setelah lama tidak saling berhubungan, dan semenjak pertemuan itu pulalah, aku mengajaknya untuk bergabung ke dalam bisnis cateringku yang sedang mulai bergerak maju.*** Aku termangu di depan gundukan tanah merah, seakan tidak percaya tapi inilah kenyataan yang harus kuhadapi, sahabatku telah meninggalkanku, begitu tiba-tiba tanpa memberikan kesempatan padaku untuk mengucapkan selamat jalan terlebih dahulu kepadanya. Beristirahatlah dengan tenang, sahabatku..., aku berjanji akan meneruskan tugasmu seperti yang engkau pesankan untukku. Kuraih tubuh mungil yang tidak berdaya kedalam pelukanku, ketika sore itu kami kembali ke rumah sakit. Kunikmati sensasi luar biasa yang sangat aku rindukan selama ini, seorang anak.., Desi telah meninggalkan hadiah yang terindah untukku, hadiah yang mampu mengubah hidupku dari sepi menjadi penuh warna. Ternyata ini jugalah jawaban Tuhan yang diberikan padaku setelah sekian lama aku memohon kepadaNya, terimakasih Tuhan....! *** Sekarang, Andini, bayi mungil itu telah tumbuh menjadi seorang wanita dewasa yang cantik agak sedikit manja namun tidak kekanak-kanakan, adakalanya terlihat juga sikap lembutnya, apalagi saat hatinya tersentuh terhadap hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan kehidupan manusia. Andini tidak mengenal siapa wanita yang telah melahirkannya, apalagi ayah kandungnya. Satu kesalahan fatal yang aku lakukan. Sungguh! Aku memang egois sekali, Andini adalah anakku, aku hanya ingin dia menjadi anakku seutuhnya, tanpa dia harus tahu bahwa kami bukanlah orangtua kandungnya, karenanyalah maka rahasia besar itu kami tutup rapat-rapat. Namun, hal itu ternyata tidak dapat kuingkari lagi, aku harus bisa menghadapi kenyataan yang sangat menyakitkan sekali, kenyataan dimana aku dituntut untuk mengakui bahwa Andini adalah bukan anak kandungku. Seperti malam itu....... “Ambar, bagaimanapun juga kita harus memberitahu kebenarannya pada Andini, dia sudah dewasa, pasti akan dapat menerima, dia juga akan menikah, dan butuh wali nikah Mbar...” kata Mas Fajar sambil menatap sedih ke arahku, aku terdiam menatapnya tajam. Lama kebisuan menyelimuti kami, dan aku sangat sibuk dengan pikiran-pikiran yang menggayuti otakku. “Kita akan bicara pelan-pelan pada Andini, dia seorang perempuan, tetap saya tidak bisa menikahkannya, namun yang terpenting adalah bukan hanya karena dia akan menikah, tapi memang sudah waktunya dia mengetahui siapa sebenarnya orangtuanya, kita tidak dapat menghapuskannya begitu saja, dia berhak tahu Ambar, hmm.., apalagi dia adalah sahabatmu sendiri, apakah kamu tega” lanjutnya lagi mengingatkanku pada Desi, sahabatku. “Tapi aku lebih tidak tega lagi melihat Dini sedih dan kecewa kalau dia tahu bahwa kita bukanlah orang tua kandungnya.” sahutku pelan bahkan lebih mirip seperti desahan saja menurutku.“Dan akan terus membiarkan kita membohonginya bahkan membohongi diri kita sendiri, begitu maumu? Sampai kapan Ambar, waktu akan terus berjalan dan tidak akan mau menunggu kita.” potong Mas Fajar agak keras penuh dengan emosi yang tertahan, aku menggelengkan kepala, menepis semua kebenaran ucapan-ucapannya, “Bukan, bukan itu Mas......”, namun belum sempat aku meneruskan kata-kataku, aku dikejutkan oleh pintu kamarku yang tiba-tiba dibuka dan aku melihat sepasang mata menatap kami tajam, penuh dengan kemarahan dan kekecewaan yang sangat mendalam, sepasang mata indah yang menuntut kami untuk bicara tentang kebenaran, bicara tentang sesuatu yang sangat penting yang selama ini kami simpan rapat-rapat, sepasang mata yang nanar menuntut hak yang selama ini telah diabaikan. “Andini...!” seru Mas Fajar gugup sekali, sementara aku hanya bisa terpaku, kupejamkan mataku sejenak, kucoba untuk menahan gejolak didadaku dan mengusir resah dihatiku. “Yang barusan Dini dengar tidak benar kan Pa?” tanya Andini, masih tetap dengan pandangan yang sangat tajam. “Duduklah dulu Dini, mari kita bicarakan pelan-pelan”, bujuk Mas Fajar sambil berjalan mendekati Dini dan merangkul bahunya mengajak duduk, namun dengan cepat ditampiknya tangan ayahnya. Sambil terus menggeleng-gelengkan kepalanya, mencoba untuk tidak percaya dengan apa yang sudah terdengarnya tadi. “Dini dengar apa yang mama dan papa bicarakan tadi, tapi tetap saja Dini enggak ngerti, ada apa sebenarnya?” Lalu berjalan mendekatiku, dan duduk di sampingku. Tidak ada satupun dari kami yang berusaha untuk menjelaskannya. “Ma..., apa benar aku bukan anak mama dan papa?” “Kamu anak mama nak, kamu anak mama dan papa, meskipun bukan mama yang melahirkan kamu, tapi kamu adalah tetap anak mama, hanya saja Tuhan memberikan kamu pada kami dengan cara yang lain, Dini.” Kataku tersendat-sendat karena sesak di dadaku makin menyesakkan, dan air matapun tidak dapat ku control lagi ketika di depanku kulihat Andini menangis tertahan, tidak percaya dengan apa yang baru saja didengarnya dari mulutku sendiri, namun itu adalah kenyataan yang harus diterimanya. Kuraih tubuhnya, dan kubiarkan dia menangis dipelukanku. “Kenapa Mama dan Papa berbohong padaku selama ini? Kenapa kenyataan itu harus ditutup-tutupi Ma? Kenapa...?” tanyanya disela-sela isak tangisnya, sangat menyedihkan sekali. “Maafkan Mama Nak, Mama memang egois sekali, mama yang tidak menginginkan kamu tahu bahwa kamu bukan anak kandung mama, mama takut kamu tidak bisa menerima semua ini.” Tiba-tiba Dini menarik tubuhnya melepas pelukanku, dengan kasar dihapusnya air mata yang membasahi mata dan pipinya, lalu kembali menatapku tajam sampai menembus jantung hatiku, dan aku terkejut, menemukan ada kemarahan yang sangat mendalam dimatanya. “Sekarang dimana orangtua kandungku? Mereka telah membuangku...?” “Tidak Dini, bukan seperti itu...” “Lalu seperti apa Ma? Dimana mereka...? Kenapa aku bisa di sini bersama Mama dan Papa yang bukan orangtua kandungku, kenapa mesti kalian yang merawat dan membesarkan aku...?” Aku memandang Mas Fajar yang sejak tadi hanya duduk terdiam mengawasi kami dari bangku dekat jendela. Tatapannya seakan memberi kekuatan padaku untuk dapat menceritakan semuanya kepada Andini, semuanya! Tidak ada lagi yang aku tutup-tutupi, karena aku sadar bahwa Andini memang berhak untuk mengetahui siapa orangtua kandungnya.... Ada perasaan lega dan nyaman di hatiku, sepertinya sebagian beban yang selama ini aku pikul sudah terlepas dari tubuhku, setelah semuanya kusampaikan pada Dini. Rahasia besar itu memang sangat menekan perasaanku, makin lama makin menghimpit, karena tidak ada keberanian untuk aku mengungkapkannya. Ternyata kebenaran meskipun pahit memang harus diungkapkan, karena kepahitan itu pulalah yang menyebabkan beban yang semakin menghimpit menjadi terkikis dan kemudian hilang begitu saja. “Sekali lagi maafkan Mama Dini, tidak seharusnya mama merahasiakan hal ini dari kamu, almarhumah Ibumu juga pasti sangat kecewa sekali pada mama, karena mama tidak mengenalkannya padamu jauh-jauh hari....” Tak kuasa lagi aku menahan tangisan penyesalanku, karena tiba-tiba saja bayangan Desi sahabatku muncul dihadapanku, “Maafkan aku Des...”, sangat tulus bibirku menggumamkan rasa penyesalanku padanya, diapun tersenyum manis kepadaku, dan menghilang begitu saja setelah menganggukkan kepalanya. Celingukan aku mencari kembali bayangannya, namun sia-sia, dia memang hanya bayangan, namun aku yakin, dia pasti akan mau memaafkanku. Lalu aku berdiri dari dudukku menuju meja kecil disudut kamar, dari dalam laci yang terkunci kuambil album foto yang lama kusimpan, album kenangan ku bersama Desi, dan sekarang akan kuserahkan kepada Dini, anak kami. Dia berhak tahu siapa perempuan cantik dan luar biasa yang telah melahirkannya ke dunia ini. Andini menerima album dari tanganku, masih nyata terlihat kesedihan yang mendalam diwajahnya yang cantik. Satu persatu dibukanya lembar album foto itu dan akupun berusaha menjelaskan peristiwa demi peristiwa yang tergambar di situ. Kemudian dia bertanya, ”Dimana ayahku...?” “Semenjak mama bertemu kembali dengan ibumu, mereka sudah bercerai dan ibumu tidak pernah membicarakannya pada mama, hanya saja dia pernah bilang bahwa suaminya bernama Bobby. Dan satu lagi, kamu mempunyai seorang tante, dia adalah adik dari ibumu, tapi mamapun kehilangan jejaknya, terakhir ketika ibumu meninggal mama dan papa menghubunginya lewat telepon, dan dia tidak bisa datang karena jauh, dia memang tinggal di Jerman, dan sudah menjadi warga negara Jerman mengikuti suaminya. “Ah...! Aku ternyata hanya seorang diri ya Ma..., Pa...” desahnya pelan sambil tersenyum dipaksakan sehingga terlihat sangat jelek sekali dimataku. “Dari semula kamu adalah anak kami Dini, kamu tidak sendirian, ada papa dan mama, dan banyak lagi disekelilingmu yang menyayangimu dengan tulus. Kami semua mencintaimu.” kata Mas Fajar sambil menghapus sisa air mata Andini dengan kedua tangannya lalu dikecupnya kening wanita cantik didepannya, kecupan sayang seorang ayah! Dengan reflek dan agak malu Andini membalasnya dengan pelukan sayang seorang anak terhadap ayahnya, “Terimakasih Pa..., Dini juga cinta sama papa dan mama, di sudut hatiku, kalian adalah benar-benar orangtua kandungku, yang telah memberikan cinta yang tidak ternilai jumlahnya dan sampai kapanpun tidak akan mungkin aku sanggup untuk membalasnya.” Dan hati kamipun saling merangkul erat sekali, tidak akan mungkin terpisahkan meskipun lapuk dimakan oleh waktu. “Ma..., aku ingin ziarah ke makam ibu...,” “Ok, bagaimana kalau Sabtu besok kita sama-sama berangkat ke Bandung, kamu ajak Iwan, mintalah restu pada almarhumah ibumu bahwa kamu akan menikah.” “Mas Iwan? Apakah dia bisa menerima keadaanku, Ma?” tanya Dini kembali tertegun, mungkin dia baru menyadari bahwa diantara dia ada seorang Iwan, calon suaminya. Akupun ikut terdiam, namun dengan cepat kukuasai keadaan, aku tidak boleh terlihat gugup didepan anakku, maka sambil kutepuk lembut punggung tangannya aku berkata, “Ini merupakan ujian buat kalian, buat Iwan, dia harus bisa menerima apa adanya kamu, kalau dia memang betul-betul serius mencintai kamu dan ingin menjadikanmu seorang istri untuknya dan seorang ibu untuk anak-anaknya.” “Mama yakin, Iwan mencintai kamu karena dirimu seutuhnya, bukan karena siapa-siapa dibelakang atau didepanmu, jadi kamu tidak usah khawatir. Bicaralah segera dengannya, karena keterbukaan adalah kunci kebahagiaan dalam hidup,” lanjutku lagi dan disambut dengan sebuah anggukkan dan senyuman manis, Dini anakku. Dalam kehidupan yang begitu berat, dan ketika tekanan demi tekanan menghantam diri kita, ternyata hanya cinta yang mampu membuat kita senantiasa kuat untuk bertahan. Cinta jugalah yang akan membangun jalan layang diatas jalan buntu yang kita jumpai dalam kehidupan ini. Ya..., semua karena cinta!
